    No, you can purchase directly from the NCSoft site. Although you will be likely paying international transaction fees, currency exchange fees and any additional region taxes and duties. With myguild.com.au, you only pay the price that is advertised (if you live in Australia).

Information on downloading a software product

    What do I need to know before downloading a product?

    Due to the product being an online product one or more of the following products/services may interfere with the download of your purchased product. It may be necessary to deactivate the relevant product for the duration of the download.

    • Firewall products/Services -A firewall can prevent downloads from unauthorized Web sites. You will need to ensure that your firewall is not blocking the download once accessed from you nominated email account.
    • Antivirus products -Antivirus products usually search for, blocks, and removes computer viruses, worms and other unknown and possibly malicious programs. An antivirus product can therefore also block a download, as most antivirus products also contain a firewall.
    • Download monitoring products - This is special software that monitors download of any kind. These products can also interfere with or stop a download. These products are usually loaded onto commercial use computers, so preferably try the download from home.

    Once created, you cannot merge accounts. If you purchase utilising multiple accounts, you will only be able to access these account individually.
