As the delivery is via email, as this is a digital download product, there is no need for a second address. The address is only required for verification purposes.

No, you can purchase directly from the NCSoft site. Although you will be likely paying international transaction fees, currency exchange fees and any additional region taxes and duties. With myguild.com.au, you only pay the price that is advertised (if you live in Australia).
